Ouch Mary :( my arthritis is acting up lately too. Weather related maybe? I have it in my right knee, hand, shoulders and spine. I've been having muscle spasms..all over lately too. Any suggestions ladies?

Maryellen received my beautiful fabric today in the mail and I love the Easter card, that is so cute and neat the way it folds up. You did an awesome job on the card. Thank you and for the tea too.

Marti, I have also had muscle spasms in both legs. I was also wondering w hat caused them.

Received your blocks today. Love them! So cute. Thank you and have a blessed weekend. Can,t wait to get more.
My blocks will go out Monday or Tuesday. After I signed up I had a hard time finding Easter fabric. None at Hobby Lobby, Walmart or 2 local quilt shops. I couldn' believe it. Finally JoAnn's had it so I drove 40 miles and was happy to have a selection. When I went to have it cut I had 5 bolts. I noticed that the objects were all running uphill instead of straight. The clerk asked if I still wanted it. I said no. Who would take it? She then told me that a lot of the fabrics are not good. Lesson learned. I will always unwrap the bolt and look before I buy. I was glad I saw it before I took it home. There was another bolt bad also. So I got 3 out of 5 fabrics.
Anyone else have a problem? Do any of you buy online? Looking forward to many blocks and good friendships.

Hi Christy,
Sorry for such a hard time with fabric. Seems Easter themed fabric is really hard to find in some areas.
I chose to play on Easter colors and the theme of Spring and rebirth. So my fabric goes out Monday, and I hope it's acceptable to you all.

I ordered my Easter fabrics from Etsy and EBay, because I ordered in December, no one had any Easter available. I saw a lot of cute prints. One piece I received was probably the end piece from a bolt, and needed pressing.

My fabrics went out today. I've received some wonderful squares from Linda, Maryellen, Christy and Rebecca. This is the first time I've done this swap and I'm totally hooked! Thanks so much for hosting, dear Linda! I also couldn't find much at my local fabric shop, they had only one I liked. I got the other on eBay. This is so much fun!

I went to Joann's for my fabric this time and there really wasn't a large selection. While I was putting them together, and cutting them this morning I noticed, one of mine is the same as one of the squares Rebecca sent. Not telling which, you'll see :) (snicker) but we're bound to have duplicates at some point. sigh.

No problem with duplicates. Many are using them for multiple projects/items and even two alike in a quilt top are fine.

Mine are going out in the morning. Can't wait to get the rest! I think I'm going to make table runners or table toppers for my daughter and daughter in law and myself of course. LOL!
