What's for supper? I'm having chicken n dumplings and homemade bisquits made with fresh milk and butter. Mmmmm mmm. Was going to fry some potatoes but need to save them for a roast, lol. We don't have fried taters very often, I try to cook healthy most times. But we splurge now and then. Got a run and get the bisquits out of the oven.

Supper is over...the dishes are all done but, I'll tell you what we had. We had gnocchi in an italian beef broth, with homemade biscuits. I have an apple pie for dessert but honestly it will probably be breakfast, as I don't think I can find anywhere to put it.

We have a grill in our JennAir range, so I made a steak for myself tonight, and a salad. Hubby's out of town on business, and I specialize in stupid meals while he's gone. Last night was popcorn and Ben and Jerry's.

We'll go back to grilled fish and steamed veggies when he gets home.

All of this sounds wonderful! I'm one of those people who love to eat -- anything and everything, except mustard & potato salad. Anyway, dh is on nights, so we ate before he left at 5:00. We had soup and sandwiches. Not very exciting but it was nice & simple.

Mmmmm mmmm, sounds good everyone. No one complained about ours so I guess it was good, lol. My bisquits seemed a bit heavy, but were still pretty good.

Hard day at the office so hubby "cooked" and got Chicken Pad Thai and a nice glass of wine. Satisfying!!!

I'm stuffed, and I'm wearing the sweater he wore yesterday to burn brush in the firepit, so I'm comforted by the smell of woodsmoke!

Just think of all of the roads there are...all of the things I haven't seen....yet.

Chicken and dumplings sounds great-maybe I'll try to make 'em this weekend. Tonight we had a steak on the grill, parley potatoes, and broccolini sauteed in olive oil with some garlic. Yummy.

Mmm.. that lamb stew does sound good. Nothing fancy tonight as today was my monday and I'm a bit tired from work. So, tonight we're having spagetti and garlic toast. Yum!

I had a busy day...we had homemade "Mc Muffins" for supper...with fresh eggs, sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese and thick cut ham bought from a local farmer...with homemade chunky applesauce on the side. Quick and easy and good.
Popcorn and Ben and Jerrys...yum! Especially if it is Cherry Garcia!! I havn't had it in a long long time!

We had beef strips(vegie ones) with onions in homade gavy over whole wheat toast, tender peas seasoned with onion powder, and then vanilla fudge twirl ice cream (Bryers) and pop-corn while we watched a movie. So neat to "peek" to everyones home for supper!! Yummie!!!!
Hugz!

Last night we had steak, baked potatoes, raw carrots and salad. Not sure what we're having tonight, it's kind of our going out night so we'll have to wait and see.

Tonight it was leftover spaghetti pie, butternut squash and watermelon - and now after reading the bit about the Thai takeout, BOY, that's what I want tomorrow! I wonder how quickly I can learn to cook Thai food?!?!?!

XOXO, Libbie
