Last October, I got fed up and concerned about my weight. I was kicking 200 lbs., was wearing size 18 jeans and when I shopped for dresses I had to go into Women's size.
I signed up for Noom, because I still wanted to eat regular food, and am leery of taking pills or potions. This will not be an endorsement for Noom, but it worked for me and I am very pleased. The first picture is from July and the second is today. I'm at 170 lbs., in size 14 jeans, and working toward a goal of 150 lbs.
 
I just want to let y'all know that living healthier can be done - dont give up!

Vanessa, you look fantastic! You are doing amazing. Keep up the great work. I'm so glad the holidays are over and I can get back to eating better and hopefully drop some pounds myself.

Wow, awesome!!! Great job! I'm with you; I want to eat real food. I started getting better about eating last September and I have also lost weight and feel so much better now. It isn't easy, so congrats on your success!

Wonderful! You look great---young, healthy, and vibrant. I bet you have lots more energy. I hope you reach your 150 goal. I weigh 165 and am tryin to get to 150 too. Good luck.

Congratulations , Vanessa!! What a wonderful way to start 2020 and a new way of eating regular foods for the rest of your life. You look terrific and I know you feel better as well. Losing weight is harder as we age and keeping it off is even trickier, but it is what keeps us healthier and full of energy. Thanks for sharing your success and enjoy your new changes!!
