I know I'm odd, but I don't think your supper looks very good LOL! I do not like raw tomatoes. I do like them cooked in chili, katchup, tomato soup, etc. Just not cut up in a salad or sliced on my burger. I think I'll wait to come over until dessert LOL! I'm making a Door County Cherry Pie. Hopefully it turns out as good as it looks in the book.

Grace, your veggies are beautiful and I bet your salad for dinner was delicious too! What a gift to be able to go out and pick fresh veggies and then eat them right away. They always taste so much better.
Heather, save me a seat at your table for some Cherry pie! We visited Door County once in the middle of Cherry season and boy, what a treat it was for a few days to enjoy cherry dishes!

I love tomatoes and am eating a huge one for lunch every day! have lost the crop to blight for two years and I am in hog heaven. All that good vitamin C! Go Grace---make those salads!
I know several people who have a fear of tomatoes---but I love them! I have been eating a huge one for lunch---we have tomatoes for once this year and not blighted or diseases

Salsa and chips sounds wonderful!!!
My pie wasn't as pretty as the one in the book but it sure was delicious! That recipe is a keeper. It seems the difference between regular cherry pie and Door county cherry pie is a cream cheese layer in the middle. I had never heard of such a thing. Sure glad I tried it!!!
