Just a little FYI,, if you forget to attach a 'loop' to hang your potholder,, add embroidery about 9 strands, divide into 3 sets of 3.. and then braid together.
stitch to attach and voila!.

Love the potholders girl! Unfortunately, my sewing machine is on vacation at my mum's place at the moment while we're moving so I will have to tackle some potholders when she comes home again. Thanks for sharing - very inspirational!

Yesterday I received a beautiful crochet lavendar potholder from Debbie "Blessed in Colorado". Also a sweet note and a sachet of lavendar. Thanks Debbie I love it and you blessed me with your sweet gift.

Grace, your beautiful green potholder came today. Thanks for sharing your talent with me.
I have received two potholders so I hung them on the backs of the two chairs that are at my kitchen table. Now I can see them every time I go into my kitchen which is quite often.

I've been playing in fabric and picking out some pieces for my potholders. Haven't had a chance to get to them yet. Planned to yesterday after getting some work done but one thing led to another and I didn't get to them. Maybe today.

Oh Grace thank you for the pretty green potholder! You sure know how to brighten up a day. My little man(he's 3)was here today and he thought it was the neatest thing even though he didn't know what it was until I showed him. We had been talking this morning about not touching hot pans. So it was easy to show him how to use it.
