I made a dash into Spokane today, so I hit Trader Joes on the way out of town...
A certain Idaho farm gal sent me her favorite recipe for Limoncello… well, I am to lazy so I snagged a bottle at Trader Joe’s instead of making my own,, and tonight it will be my “sitting out on the back patio “ libations “ for the evening…

I've had Limoncello - once. Okay, but not my favorite.

I am a big fan of lemons and limes.. I do miss having a Lemon tree in my yard,,
Back in Moorpark, CA., we had Avocado, Lemon, Apricot trees and what was called, a Beverly Hills apple tree,, small apples, good for baking but not for eating fresh picked.
As well as strawberries and blackberries and broccoli,, they grew fabulous...
