Well, even though it is hotter then blue blazes here in E. Washington,, Autumn is in the horizon…
My flowers are starting to fade, almost all of my berries are picked and I found a itty bitty bunny in my Irish patch.
My sun flowers are hanging their heads and soon I will harvest them to finish drying, for winter seeds for the birds.
How do I know that Autumn is just around the corner???
This arrived in yesterday’s mail…

And, yes, my corner of the world is starting to appear just like yours sounds... AND, I'm actually embracing it this year. I'm a summer gal and always seem to try and hold on to the last bit of summer I can and stretch is as far as I possibly can, but this year, I'm actually ready AND ready to completely embrace AUTUMNs gifts!

That mini quilt is so pretty. We don’t have any fall vibes yet on the outside, but I know it’s coming only because school is starting. Summer really went by fast this year.
