I'm still working thru 21 pounds of onions. Last night I made 8 pints of French onion soup.

Freeze for my town tonight. This is too early. I had to harvest rest of the peppers, 15 pounds! I'm grateful for the blessings from my garden, but was hoping more would get chance to ripen. I can pickle some, but what the heck can I do with all this? I just put 1 pound of snacking peppers in freezer yesterday.

Tara I have dried jalapeno or cayenne peppers; grind in blender; and have hot pepper flakes. The ground peppers can be mixed with herbs to make your own blends.

Tara, how about some roasted peppers as a side dish! We roast ours with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. I only grow sweet peppers since we do not like anything spicy,
