Connie my favorite is Apple Pie too. There were several birthdays that I would ask for one instead of a birthday cake.
A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

What a perfect time for a National Pie day when most of the country is inside with cold weather. The fragrance of a baking pie and the enjoyment of a slice that is still warm, is the perfect antidote to freezing cold and miserable winter weather!
