| I did feel much better today thankfully! What a long day it has been. I was chasing my little guy around all day while I was trying to pay attention to exactly how this Classical Conversations community works. It did give me a good idea of how it all works. I'm just glad I wasn't feeling horrible the whole time. |

Been a hectic week, My mother (78) fell going to the bathroom in the middle of the night/morning on Tuesday. I had to go to the ER and meet the ambulance. She fractured her hip in multiple places. The done surgery today and all went very well. If nothing happens, she will move to rehab on Sat. My dad is 83 and needs to be checked in on since my mom is not at home, so it is a shuffle. My sister is in to help this weekend thank goodness.
I been trying to cross stitch to keep sane...but I think I been un-stitching as much as stitching. Too distracted I suppose.
I think I will try to go into work a bit tomorrow I have some things that need attention.
Well I jumped on here to get my swaps sent out and take care of a few other pressing things.

| Hello everyone! Just wanted to drop a quick note, that I'm still here, just very very busy between studio and homeschooling :) I will be glad when my studio students' exams are over - most in May, but some in June. I will be participating in badges etc. after that, right now I just can't as I'm already stretched quite thin. |

Bridge...I saw that your mom fell? I haven't been on the chat in a while. Between house things, kiddos, being sick, ER and doctor visits for me, I haven't even opened the computer. I'm so out of the loop! Well, I know now and you and her will be in my thoughts.. :)

Thanks gals! Mom is doing well, I think she likes being at the retirement home, LOL. We may not be able to convince her to go home once she heals and builds up her strength.
I am excited......I registered for the Women's Wilderness Weekend at a lake close to where I live. I was unable to get anyone to go with me, but I took the plunge and I am really looking forward to the trip.I am quite the introvert, so it will be a big accomplishment.
I also am looking forward to learning new skills, archery, dutchoven cooking, making a walking stick and a bunch of others. Oh and Smores!! LOL
It is the last weekend of this month. |

I spent the day cleaning and sharpening my garden tools and gathering my camping supplies.
I am excited for the Women's Wilderness Weekend, the extended forecast is calling for rain, I hope that changes as it gets close to that weekend. |

I have been in-active for a bit and must apologize for it. I love being part of yall's Sisterhood !!!!!
many of ya know that I have Lupus and had some issues with it attacking vital organs and flaring really bad. For the past 2 years I have been taking a chemo medicine weekly, but it isnt doing enough to keep things controlled anymore, so I had to add a treatment where I have to go in every 2weeks to have medicine thru an IV....called Infusions. The drug is very risky !!! I now have been told I can drop to 1x month vs. 2 !!!!! But, needless to say..........I have felt reallllly wiped out and ill. Please keep me in yalls' prayers and understand when I am absent.....you are not absent from my heart and mind :-) please let me know if there is anything I could pray for yall too. God Bless ! |
