| I keep a gratitude journal so this merit badge I am working on has been extra fun I think, especially with having the suggestion of reading "The Book of Awesome". I had not even heard of it, so thank you, Mary Jane, for encouraging me to read it. I especially enjoyed the number on quiet and then the blank pages that followed. Such a great idea. |

| Katie, I've been thinking about working on the gratitude badge myself. Although I don't keep a gratitude journal, the "attitude of gratitude" idea is a very important part of my practical and spiritual life. I'm so happy to hear you like the book so much, since I'll likely be reading it! When did you start keeping a gratitude journal? |
