Thank you Marilyn and Linda. Not looking forward to it. The barometric pressure play havoc with the migraines.

Northeast Texas is still in a drought even though Aug was wetter than normal. No rain at all in Sept. Possibility of thunder storms tomorrow.

The police sent out a notice that we may have a freeze Saturday morning. It is so cool in the mornings now, but usually 70s in afternoons.

It's been about a month and I got hit with another migraine. I'm pretty sure it was due to the weather. Thankfully it is gone now.

Marilyn, the police sends out freezing warnings? Wow, You wouldn't see this in my area.

We have had a gorgeous fall! So unusual for this time of year. Some people are still in shorts!

I don't envy you that snow Bonnie! I can remember growing up we usually had snow on Halloween in Upstate NY. We always hated wearing our winter coats over our costumes.

Denise, I'm glad your migraine went away. The barometric pressure changes can be a bear this time of year. I can't think of the 4-letter word snow yet. My closet is a mess because I'm working with 2 seasons because the weather has been unpredictable. Last weekend was absolutely gorgeous. The weather has turned a corner and I actually had to turn on the heat this week to take the chill off.

We have had our first week of real fall weather for Florida. Highs were in the 70s and lows were in the upper 40s. The change was so nice!! Today it is back up to 80+ but another front comes by later tonight and Monday and Tues. will be in the upper 60s with lows in the lower 40s. Then after that it will be back up to 80+ everyday with lows in the lower 60s . This happens to be a regular happening in November the past few years. Never really cold and usually not in the upper 80s or 90. Thankfully!! We usually have lower humidity so at least it is pleasant outside and we can have the windows open most of the time. Weather.com is predicting that our area will have another Winter with the La Nina effect this year which means warmer than average and drier. We had the same thing two years ago and got so dry that by April we were having lots of forest fires. WE shall see what happens again. I wish we could have the old pattern where we got many frost nights in January and part of February. It was a welcomed change and the foliage did not turn to Spring by the end of January and fully out by Valentine's Day. I enjoy a 4 season year so that you can get a break from the long hot Summers here.

It's gotten down to 33 the last couple of mornings but dry so that's a blessing. In a couple of days it will be back up to daytime of 80 and nights in the hi 50s. We're in that crazy time of the year where Texas can't make up it's mind whether it's going to be warm or cold so we get both.

We have rain here today as well. Looks like an unplanned day off, that I plan to fully enjoy. Possible snow later .... It is getting to be that time of year.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

Julie that doesn't sound like fun weather. It is cool and grey here and kind of moist. my bones hurt. I want sun and blue sky.

My husband said they had sleet falling at the new job site on Friday.it is only six or seven miles north of here. We will be a bit warmer today. I'm not ready for snow...although a good bit of cold to kill the bothersome insects would be nice. Sara, you know what they say about Texas weather..if you don't like it---just wait a little bit and it will change. It is so true and not unusual for folks to experience all four seasons in one days time.

Well I guess we did not freeze because the leaves seem to still be attached to the trees. Some have turned and fallen but not many. We go from cold mornings to warm afternoons, always seems windy. Oh well that is autumn.
