Ok, I haven't heard from Grace so I will start the new thread. Let's get those UFOs off our sewing tables, sofa, kitchen table and out of the closet.

Let's get a fresh start on 2017 and get some more UFO's finished.
The first step towards fixing a problem is admitting you have one. So here I go: I have containers full of started, partly finished, almost finished and planned projects. I know I am not the only one!

So here we go. In 2017 I AM going to get a handle on my UFO's by acknowledging their existence, organizing them, finishing some of them and hopefully won't add to the list of UFO's. I wish us all luck. I know I will need the help and support of all you fine ladies in this daunting project.

So who is with me!

If anyone has posted a finished 2017 UFO project on the old thread, please repost it here to get your emogee.

*besure to click on the "subscribe to this topic" box (top rt corner, below the 'New topic' box).. to keep you posted of our updates...*

And 2017 is off to a good start!

hi everyone. Debbie it sure is a great feeling to finish projects up. Even better is they are not taking storage space and now you can get more fabric!! Haha
I won't be joining in on 2018. I finished all my projects that i had going this past week. woo hoo. the socks are done, i worked on a few beaded snowflakes that i had leftover from Christmas to make yet, and that is it. Oh i know i could probably find a few more things to finish, but i look forward to finally starting new projects. Good luck to everyone on finsihing their ufo's in 2018.
Make it a great year!!

I love your quilts Debbie! At first I thought I liked #2 the best, then I looked at #4 again and thought perhaps that was my favourite. Then looked again and loved both #3 and #1. Basically they're all beautiful! Congratulations on getting them finished!

I love the quilt, Debbie.

Ladies - Sabrina just took over the BOM thread and posted the January blocks. Please take a look and maybe there will be more quilts on the UFO thread this year?

Debbie -

Love your snowflakes. I have several left that my Mom made over the years and am planning on sewing them on a dark blue sweatshirt to wear in the winter. I love the snowflakes she made and thought that would be a great way to display them.

Wow, Marie, you've been busy with the math this morning. Congratulations Debbie and Denise! I'm feeling motivated to get on with my big stash of UFOs. I think starting with reorganizing my Fibre Arts and Sewing rooms will be the best place for me to start. Then I won't waste so much time searching for things I need ;)
