Hi Jennifer: I do sometimes get those post-holiday blues! Since I am off between Christmas and New Years though, it seems to be a little less than when I was not a teacher. I try to do something fun and colorful for the next holiday while I am off on this one. So, making Valentine aprons will be great therapy! Can't wait to see them all!

I'm soooo sorry! I'm gonna have to drop out!! I worked 50 hours last week.....what was I thinking signing up????? I'm barely keeping my head above water and I honestly don't see it getting any better! I'm sooo sorry! I didn't want to let anyone down if I couldn't get my act together! Is the 3x5 inch a finished size or cutting it out that size? Or at least approximately.

Hi, Kathie. Sign me up. I can't believe Carol Sue has kindly been my mini apron fairy for two swaps now. What a sweetie!!! Thank you, Carol Sue.
well, I am feeling better and enjoy sewing as my non-fatigue time activity. So, I will gladly make mini aprons for Valentine's Day. I will be away in Florida during the actual holiday, but I think they will look fun hanging up all Feb and maybe into March. What a cheerful package to come home to.
I will fabric shop this week and get started. Here's to mini aprons and fun and sharing.

| yes denise the 3X 5 is approx size, some have turned out bigger and some smaller in the past swaps, some have done 1/2 aprons, and some have done full aprons! You can really do whatever you would like these are entirely up to you. You are the artist, show us what youve got !!! We cannot wait to see and share!!! |

I was out of the loop for probably a week or so..
Had the lap top with us.. But it was like fighting with a 3 year old..
It just would not do anything I asked it to.. Behaved badly.. Stuborn.. & kept forgetting to type & retain anything I just told it!!
I was ready to sling it out the dang Car window!!
Hope you get the Deminsions.. But really.. These are your Creations Girls!
Just keeping them all about the same size is what will make them work best if using them for a Garland.. or a Border.. Something along those lines!
So No worries.. You'll be fine with what ever you come up with!
Remember.. If you haven't seen one in real life.. You can search back through all the other Mini Apron Swaps.. there are some pictures posted on some of there there!!
OR...!
You can go take a Gander at Grace/Katmom's or even Bonne's Blogs.. they have all posted pictures either present or past.. & ya know.. I think Stephanie/QueenofDreams had some on her Blog awhile back a couple swaps ago too.. !
Yes.. We DID go looking at Property to buy..
Both in Missouri & Tenn.. Found a handfull of Farms that we really liked!
Found a couple that we liked near Lextington,Tenn.. & several others..
We flew into St.Louis.. on the 26th.. then drove all over.. & flew out of Nashville..
So we could take a look at both places that we had wanted to see in person.. as well as Seeing what the area.. & community was like for us..
Still haven't decided on anything positive just yet..
But we are hoping to be able to do something byt Mid Summer..
There will be some big changes with my husbands work.. So this will be our Opportunity to make the move!!!
We'll see what turns up for us though.. We have to wait for that to happen.. & it's already drug out more then two years now..
So.. HOPEFULLY this summer it finally comes to a head.. & we can do this then!

It's very good to be back. And now the kids are back in school so I don't have to wait my turn for the computer. LOL
