ok.. I went through my emails to double check..
Making sure that i wasn't missing someone that had maybe not posted here..but had just emailed me
& I did find Julie..
Julie.. I've added you in Girl..
Today will be that last day to sign up.. just to see if we get any stragglers!
Then that should be your last count ladies!
I have THE Cutes idea for Mine this time!!
(You know how nuts I am.. I have to out do my previous one of course! So i am SOOoo Excited!)
Yes! I am back.. & we had a great time! No blood was shed even! Which I thought was amazing!
But listen.. NO Snow! at ALL! not even on the ground! ANYWHERE we went!
Was This bizzarre or what! It was raining the nite we flew into St, Louis.. but really.. that was the worst of our weather.. aside from the cold.. which was actually very nice.. Since we just never ghet that sort of weather.. we of course loved it! but I think we brought it back with us! have you seen us on the weather reports? We have have Temps down in the 20's!
So not the norm for Florida! Anyway.. we say quite a few places that we did like..So now we just have to wait for all the wok details with my husband to be finished.. before we can commit to anything.. this has been going on for over two years now.. But they are saying june now..
So.. We'll see..
I came home New Years Eve.. to My Mother & Niece Zoey wanting to come to my house for a bit.. I have to tell ya.. I was tired.. & really looking forward getting back to my nice cozy quiet house.. but i know since my Mother is here on vacation for a couple months.. she & my Sister are probably already fighting.. they usually do even before my sister makes it home from the airport with her.. So i said Sure.. 9:30 at nite on New Years Eve.. I'll come get you.. & then have to stop at the grocery store now...I made it home with the two of them at 11:30pm .
They stayed 3 nites..
I LOVE My MOTHER!!! That was just my out loud affirmation..
Anyway.. she's back at my Sisters house now where the two of them can enjoy each others company since they are so much alike..
So.. I haven't had ANY time alone since i've been home yet of course until JUST this morning.. AND as my Husband was leaving for work.. he say.. oh.. Alexis is hoping you'll come & get her for the day today.. (Alexis is my neice .. My Husbands brothers 7 year old daughter here through Christmas break satying with my Mother in law.. ) Alexis is hard to describe..
Did any of you ever actually see the movie the Excorsist?
I love my neice.. (Another affirmation..)
but oh.. My.. God.. Why me????
Bev.. YOU remember Alexis! I was looking forward to a nice quiet day today..
This is SO not going to happen!
ok.. well back to the Minis ..
looks like we have 21 at this point.. so doing Mary Janes.. should make your magic number 22..
Unless we get someone else today!! I think 22 is a good number!
So wish me luck with Raven today..I'm going to go get dressed now to pick up the little Demon..

WOWZER! I can hear those sewing machines hummming now!
I am going to attempt to sew all of mine on my "New~Old" machine, so it will be a little slow going till I get use to the "brakes" on this thing! lol! I have to remember to let off the knee pedal a few stitches before where I need to stop.
I sewed an apron last night on it(except the trim)...maiden voyage on this machine, took a bit to figure out the tension but we are on a roll now. I keep the machine unplugged, as it is an old style plug and I am a little worried about it. Hubby said he would replace it for me this week end.
Ok, Visual: farmchicks of all ages, size & shapes, sitting & sewing feverishly @ their beloved machines, pink, red & white fabric flying everywhere, trims sequins & hearts abound, snip snip, cut, trim, sew....and most likely a box of chocolate bonbons and a cup of tea (or Martini) sitting on the table to keep us focused & motivated!!!lol! hmmm, maybe the martini isn't such a good idea, could explain one I keep sewing the sleeves on upside down! lolol & a couple of giggles too!
"Sew" long for now...

| Okay now I might be able to get started. Let me see, just sent daughter and husband to livestock auction with some rabbits, the rest of the kids are wailing..I dont want to sell the rabbits..happens every time. Oh well...in a few hours they will get over it. They all have their own pet rabbit that never leaves...jeez...glad I dont raise cattle. Dinner is ready a little earlier than planned, so we shall eat. |

Well, I thought I was done, but because of the mega interest I'm only about a little over halfway done. :-) Better fire up the old Kenmore and get going on the rest!

Must be the anticipation of the Upcoming Sweet Holiday, huh?
Or.. could be Grace's Visuals getting us all worked up too!
I'm all about the Martini Sister!!
Yesterday went well actually.. !
After of course we were able to locate the much coveted 'Hannah Montana' Wig that she wanted!
She conned me into a new pair of Shoes.. Silky Pj's AND a new Robe!
We Finally made it to Joann's! She's like shopping with a Crack head though..
"Focus Alexis!!" I had to keep reeling her back in.. & getting her to commit to a decision was just unheard of! She is Not able to! we had 4 pair of Pj's lined up.. narrowing this down to the winner took nearly half an hour!.. shoes were just as bad.. until she spied a paid of Silver flats covered with beautiful Gem Stones! ( Her mother will hate them of course..)
She has become a Sewer too of course.. Aunt Tah Insists on it you know..
So getting her to realize she gets more if she'll agree to sale fabric was difficult.. since they always put the most flashy stuff right by the door when you walk in!
But.. she wound up with three diffrent types of fabric.. settled on a few ribbons & trims..
& was able to let ME finally look for MY Mini Apron Fabric!
Whew Hoo!!
SO Pretty!
I was a bit surprised though to see that they really didn't have as many choices for Valentines..
Makes me wonder how many duplicates we'll have again this time!
Oh NO!! I'm having flashbacks of Halloween Candy Corn Mini's!!! Oh mercy!!
Teasing.. they all turn out so different.. They'll be great!
Hey.. is everyone keeping up a small tree now for your Mini's Now?
I have mine set out..
But will you believe I still haven't even put my Christmas decoration away yet??
What a slacker!!!

| KAthie...christmas decor can be out until like Feb 12 th or so when we decorate for Valentines, so dont worry. Sorry about your crack head shopping experience. Valium girl...works wonders. |

I still have Christmas up too! Even though I think it's terrible when people don't bother to decorate anymore (after the kids are gone, etc), right now, I can totally get it!

You gals are too nice! Hope Kathie thinks so too. I hemmed and hawwed with myself over this, and after visiting my MIL in the nursing home yesterday, we decided to keep up her little Xmas tree and just change the ornaments according to seasonal holidays. I thought the minis would be adorable as a garland on the tree.
