Hi! I'm new here, I just got my first copy of MaryJane's magazine last week and have to say that it was love at first sight! I'm from a teeny-tiny place called Luther, Oklahoma. I'm married with one daughter and we live in the country, we are care-taking my mother's house/property for her. She went to stay with her mother after grandpa died several years ago. I love to garden, crochet and am in love with cross stitch! Hope to get to know everyone, this seems like a lovely place to visit, hugs, Christine

Hi Christine from NE Ohio. This is a great place with great gals and lots of interesting things to learn and partake in. You'll love it here. I think most of us got here by way of the MaryJane magazine. We saw it, read it and was instantly transported to a place that appealed to all of us in one way or another! Enjoy!

Thank you all so much for the warm welcomes!
Luther is right about halfway between OKC and Tulsa, so I don't think we are very near Stilwel.(I should know where that is, but am having a brain cramp trying to remember at the moment, lol ) I have lots of family down around Lake Eufala though, near Mcalester.

Hi Chistine!!! Glad you could join us. This is a "magical" forum. It's like visiting fairy land. These ladies have made my year. I hope you enjoy getting to know the farmgirls as much as I have.

Hi Christine,
I'm also new here and from Oklahoma. I have enjoyed reading Mary Jane's Farm for about a year now and dh gifted me with a subscription recently. Although we live in Oklahoma City, we have land in a little town called Tribbey and are starting to get it ready to move out there for farming on a small scale. I'm a stay-at-home wife with grown kids and love being a homemaker. Hi to all and I'm so glad to be here to learn and exchange ideas.
