Busy finishing all kinds of apron orders, including two Christmas aprons made from a pattern I traced off an antique apron given to a customer by her grandmother.
AND, these two "LINENS & LACE" COLLAGE aprons. I use all kinds of linens, laces, trims, embellishments, fabric pieces, etc. to make these and there are no two alike.
This is one is a custom order from a friend for a gift for a friend of hers who decorates with black/white/navy and likes horseshoes and livestock brands. There are three buttons there with horseshoe motif on them, one on hankie, one one pocket and one in center of doily.
This one is a custom order from one of our Farmgirls sisters who saw a pic of one similar to it on my blogspot. I told her I could make another one similar but not exactly.
They are fun but do take considerable time . . . and thread! Thanks for letting me share. CJ

I finished up another little handbag for my Etsy shop. The glass buttons came from Melody's Etsy shop!!

Paula, how long does it take you to create your little red handbag? It is lovely.

Hi Betty,
Thank you! Straight up, it wouldn't take very long,if I knew exactly what I was going for, but I tend to monkey around with the designs a bit until I'm satisfied. I had a whole different idea about the kind of bag I was going to make when I started out, but it evolved into this one.
I love these clutch purses with the wrist strap. You have the benefit of a lightweight clutch, yet the strap keeps it hands free.

Ashley, I LOVE your fuzzy halter and leash. I don't know how in the world you are able to stitch with that fuzzy yarn. I've tried and keep getting my stitches lost, but your creations are great!!
