I made a Hanky Apron today. I found the idea in the Oct 2015 magazine. I did my top a little different but think if I make another, I will do it the way Mary Jane did it.

I had an itch to make something girly this weekend, so I made my neighbors daughter a headband. I surprised her with it this morning on our walk! She refused to put it on, so I hope to see it on her soon! Dang toddlers!

Thanks Marie! I have now started working on a little girls Easter hat that a friend has asked me to make. It looks really cute in the picture, so I hope it turns out right. I also have a deadline to have it finished before Easter.

Yep, once they know you can do some decent needlework, they ask you to make things for them. I have to finish a P*ssy Hat by Thursday. I've got maybe 5 inches left as of now.

I have noticed that. But I don't mind! I actually love it! Way to go! You don't have much left to go. I bet you are actually done by now.

Today I'll start the ribbing on the bottom of my sweater! Then the collar, then the sleeves. I'm really excited to get this finished, because I'm on the tall side, and most sweaters don't stay long enough on me for very long. So being able to custom make one (this is my first) is pretty cool.

Here is the pattern, if anybody is interested. It's very easy for a first sweater. http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/brick-2

I have been working on a doll for my doctor. Just finished it today and will be giving it to her while I am in the hospital. It is in honor of breast cancer.

I'm using scrap yarn to make a very easy crochet granny square blanket. I'm just choosing colors at random. It's really not crooked like it looks in the picture

Beautiful blanket, Marcy! The random color choices is working out nicely.

Here is the little girls Easter hat that I have been working on. Hoping to finish this week.

Marcy, I have been working on a similar project.

I want to make it into a bedspread. Soon I will be adding rows to only the top and bottom to make it into a rectangle. It is not so yellow as the picture.

I'm on a worsted yarn hat knitting spree. Here are a couple of my recent finished ones. I'm totally in love with the darker one, my friend got me this hand-dyed yarn for my birthday and it's just beautiful. The one with the finished hat looks a little too light in my office, it's really much deeper like the work in progress shot.

The purple hat is one she hand-dyed, it's her newest line of yarn (my best friend owns a yarn company) and gave me one to try. I intentionally made it slouchy so I could try a new method for closing it off at the top. It works ok as long as you're not taller than me and can't see the hole! I think it needs a little white fur pom on the top.

You guys really like a good yarn! lol Love all the projects!

I've recently finished a little felt rocketship ornament for DS's space themed tree...

I also made three birthday cards in the same style. Really trying to get back into my paper crafting again - I have so many supplies and tools I haven't touched in ages!

I was struggling to find the right balloon shape in my library of Cricut images. Then it occurred to me that I could use the an ornament shape, trim off the hanger loop and make a few cuts to the "knob" left to make it look like a balloon when turned upside down. Worked great!

I've started knitting another washcloth, will try to do it RIGHT this time!

And I've started a felt tissue box cover project, very simple design. Excited to see that come together!

Oh Jamie, how I wish I could paper craft. I have a Cricut and all but I struggle getting ideas of what or how to make it. Maybe one day! Your card is so cute.

Grace I'm curious. If you could crochet or knit anything what would you make?
