Judy, I love the framed poppies!

Today I hope to work on polka dot 10" squares for my swap, mini fall aprons for my swap, a couple microwave bowl potholders for my doctor, and a funeral fan for a swap.

The squares are lovely Krista. Might I advise to leave a longer tail, up to 16", to help with sewing them together unless this blanket employs a secret, easier connecting method. If that is the case, I want to know it.

Krista, That's going to be a beautiful blanket!
Ruthie, That's really great! Did you paint that, or is that embroidery?

Thanks Marie. The pattern has me connecting them all together after with a new strand of yarn using a single crochet. Not sure if that's easier or not since this is my first time working with granny squares. The turtle shell I made was like this as well. How do you connect them?

Thanks Ruthie. Your wooden sign is lovely. Is it for Thanksgiving?

Thank you Judy.

Krista Thank you for the kind words.- I made for a friend who always talks about being blessed and finding the blessing in each day. But could be for Thanksgiving.

Working the connecting single crochet with the long tails will save lots of trouble at least it has for me.

I bet you will sell many more!

I started another Christmas crochet project. I think if I keep bouncing around between the 3 big projects I won't get board and give up. So far I'm loving this new blanket and can't wait to see it finished.
