Last night was Cajun Sausage stir fry over rice.

Tonight I'm going to try fresh organic ravioli topped with a Pumpkin sauce.

Catherine, have a great time and just think you don't have to do the dishes.

Roasted whole chicken with little red potatoes, carrots, & onions.

I made individual chicken pot pies tonight. My husband gave a very big "yes please make it again." One daughter loved it the other really only loves peanut butter so not surprisingly didn't eat much.

Sounds perfect Nicole :)

I'm not sure yet, I'm in the mood for Chicken Enchiladas or Chicken Tortilla Soup. We'll see what my honey says :)

Last night I made grilled Italian sausage my hubby bought alongside a bean salad in which I used up the rest of the garden goodies, all of the yellow pear tomatoes. We enjoyed each morsel knowing fresh picked tomatoes are almost a year away again! I really can't be too sad as this was the best harvest ever!

Tonight is a fall stew, and tomorrow I'm making traditional Halloween chili - this time with pumpkin! :) Love it! Alongside will be homemade cornbread.

Farmgirl Hugs,

Nicole

Oooooh...chicken chili sounds delish, Sara!

I have not updated the dates lately...sorry. I see some posts anyway. :)

I've made some interesting meals the last couple of weeks. I made a swiss cheese, ham and pea quiche that was quite good, a kale and onion saute, stuffed peppers, Greek Spaghetti, and tonight: breakfast. French omelets with ancient grains toast and Italian sausage cut into coins with a bit of brown sugar.

What's on your table?
Farmgirl hugs,
Nicole

I didn't cook tonight. Hubby took us out for pizza at a pizza place that's been in business since 1925. Presidents have eaten it. It's a CT tradition!

Dinner tonight was roasted chicken, spaghetti squash with Parmesan, pan roasted Brussels sprouts and homemade garlic bread. The oven sure helped heat the kitchen on the very chilly evening in central Indiana.

It is pretty cold today in Indiana so tonight's meal will be a real belly warmer...sausages with potatoes and homemade sauerkraut. Along with butter roasted carrots, cherry tomatoes and cornbread.

Roasted potatoes, carrots, onions with cabbage & smoked ham hock. Store bought can tomatoes. If I get around to it salmon loaf.

My mom used to make salmon loaf! I haven't thought of that in a long time!

I am making a MaryJane Bakeover tonight, and a quiche for tomorrow night. Will be baking cornbread, homemade rolls, and pumpkin pies through the week for Thursday.

Nicole
