My Birthday is January 16, 1961. I was born in Pittsfield, MA during a huge blizzard, late at night; my father and uncle each had to stick their heads out the windows to find the road to the hospital. What does that say about me, huh? lol

A couple of posts back I said I was going to be "15" in Leap Years on Feb 29. (1 Leap year = 4 years, so I will be 60!) Well I got a direct email from one of you wonderful gals saying how amazed she was that I was only 15 and how proud my parents must be of me and how great it would have been to have an outlet like this when she was 15. After the best laugh I have had in quite awhile, I had to email her back and explain the whole Leap Year concept and she had a great laugh too. Just wanted to share this precious and hilarious side note! Just one more reason to love the Farm Girls! Hardy Har Har! We ROCK!

Okay, I confess she is talking about me. I was reading thru the posts and was in my usual state of brain foggidness and I missed the obvious and wrote her back. I thought she really was 15 and I thought what a neat person she must be to have found this outlet at her age and be contributing to it and enjoying it. I really meant it when I said I bet her parents are proud of her and told her if she were my daughter that I would have been. Anyway she got the post and after her laugh she wrote me back and let me in on her birthday secret and then I had a good laugh at myself along with her. So the moral to this story is if you aren't really with it watch what you say to these farm girls! Ha! (and I bet your Mom is still proud of you for pulling one over on me and getting such at laugh out of it!!!, I would be! )
