Ok girls, who lives in MO? Southern, specifically (within an hour of Springfield)-ish? My husband and I really have been looking for property in the area of Mansfield/Ava/ Seymour/ even Branson. We may try to come to the Spring Fest at Baker's creek in a couple of weeks, and would love to look at a property or a few! We are kinda specific... 20+ (really prefer 40) acres, mostly pasture (fencing a bonus), barn (s), live water would be wonderful, as would a well. Prefer not have a lagoon, but will consider. House at least 2 bedrooms. Large farmhouse would be awesome!, Fruit trees, established garden, bordering govt land also bonuses. Max $125,000, in cash. It's a lot to ask for, but I thought maybe you girls could help! Happy Easter!
