I posted a couple of my own favorite recipes over on my that I like to use for Sunday supper. There is my vegetable soup which melts a block of Parmesan cheese into the broth and I love it! Also, my fruit salad with cinnamon maple yogurt sauce.
My favorite Sunday suppers are ones that are easy, light and healthy to help us get ready for the week ahead. Plus - they have to be easy to make and easy to clean up.

Both recipes sound delish! I never thought of melting the cheese directly into the soup. I recently bought a bottle of maple syrup so I'll try the salad. Thank you! Cindy
