I picked up the latest Country Sampler issue today while I was at Tractor Supply and as I was reading through and who should I see? They did an article with MaryJane and her cast iron cooking. Great article if you get a chance to pick up an issue.

Ohhh, I subscribe to Country Sampler so I will be on the lookout for this latest issue!! Yes, big congratulations to MaryJane too!! Her Cast Iron Cookbook us just terrific and packed full of wonderful and carefully tested recipes that always turn out delicious! I recommend this book to any Farmgirl who loves old family cooking because MaryJane has gathered together pages and pages of history, both personal and general, tried and true recipes that cooks have relied on for generations, and lots of information for today's cook who would like to rediscover the value and reliability of using cast-iron.
