My Daughter April and I went to the thrift yesterday. I got
that cute little round tin with the old fashioned girl on.
That was .50 cents. The other things in the picture were
not from the thrift.
I also got a really nice wind chime, have been wanting
one and there it was. Just hope its not to loud.
Also got some really pretty small desert plates.
Hard to stay away from the pretty china.
Hope all is well in your world.
Nancy Jo

Such beauties, Nancy Jo! The little girl tin is just so sweet! I always love the pretty china too, love to use it normally, but also have a few pieces scattered around in my office and on my desk as catch alls. We must have pretties to surround us, huh?! xo

That is a darling little tin! I hope you find some little goodie to store in it. I love checking the thrift stores and something usually catches my eye and comes home with me.

Don't you just love finding "treasures" in a thrift store? A few months back I was thrifting in town when I came across a bag filled with several full skeins of Red Heart's Baby Clouds yarn in two colors. At the time I didn't know anyone expecting a baby but I knew if I passed up this buy, it would gone. Four full skeins altogether only cost me $8. Little did I know that my daughter-in-law would soon fall pregnant with my eight grandbaby. The baby blanket is huge but it's so squishy-soft. It was a little difficult working with it with large knitting needles but it's worth it. Love that little tin you found. Just right for some little treasure.

Nancy, that tin is perfect. What do you think you will store in it? It matches well with your other goodies.
