Karen, I love a little bit of vintage in things as well. Here is my latest UFO with buttons. It was started a long time ago when I was learning to quilt, so it is kind of rough.

I absolutely love anything vintage. All these buttons I'm sure have a special place in each and everyone's heart.

This is one of my prized Button items! Vintage Shirt Buttons Ornament I got in The Stocking Swap from Peggy Smith- Lady in Red. So glad my Christmas Tree is still up so I could take a picture!

Connie, this button Christmas ornament is so cute and a wonderful idea to use vintage buttons a person may have from a Grandmother or her own old clothes as a child. I wonder if it is easy to find ornaments that would a top entrance to accommodate a variety of buttons?

Winnie, wouldn't that be awesome! I would think we could search google and some of the craft store sites. I am gonna see what I can find. It would be fine just to find a clear ornament, the top comes off easy, just have to find one with an opening the right size. I'm gonna look closer at the one Peggy gave me.

Oh my! I never realized how beautiful buttons are until I saw all y'all's collections! Now I am going to go find mine and set it out on my windowsill to admire! I am in the Heart to Heart swap and may just need to incorporate buttons in my creation!
