Connie, check the 'Dollar tree' stores,, they carry clear craft ornaments in the Winter time.. maybe they will have some heart shaped ones out for Valentines day,,.

Several years ago I needed to find some Victorian buttons so I looked on eBay. It's an excellent source of all kinds of buttons for reasonable prices.

Yay! I always thought I was ridiculous for having a button obsession till I found this group. I love vintage buttons. There’s a new dealer at one of my fave antique malls so I’ve been building up my collection. I also love cute, whimsical, or garden themed buttons too! I did my beginner button badge and found the perfect craft for my intermediate badge. My daughter is supposed to do it with me but our schedules haven’t lined up yet.

I earned my Buttoned Up Badge a long time ago. I used real buttons on it instead of embroidery pattern. I also decided when I started earning badges I wanted to sew a small one on the right lower side for each level that I earned. So if I earned beginner, intermediate and expert, all three, there would be 3 little buttons. If I earned only beginner there would be just one.
These are my novelty buttons . . . the ones I use on papercraft projects or other decorative purposes.
These are most of all my other buttons including vintage. They are mostly separated by color or type (i.e. buttons for baby stuff, teeny tiny buttons, etc)
I have more vintage ones in a vintage train case and the pink, aqua and blue ones are separated and in a fruitcake tin.
So, I have buttons . . . and more buttons . . . and believe, it or not, I've actually given lots and lots away. And used lots and lots on projects.
And it is entirely possible if I send you a card or ATC or something similar it may have button(s) on it!
