My ears are alwyas plugged due to allergies. When we are driving around, the slightest change in elevation makes 'em feel stopped up.
I bought some candles the other day and tried it, but didn't feel any difference. The warmth felt good though. |

i do the Dr. thing as a last resort.
Right now it's just annoying.
I remember getting my ears irrigated in college at the infirmary there and you wouldn't believe what fell out! |

Posted - Jan 25 2008 : 5:42:30 PM I have been using them for years. They work wonders! Always use the second one, like Alee said.

Posted - Jan 24 2008 : 06:38:02 AM Anna- From what the ER nurse told my husband, the ear candle just will soften the ear wax. Try another candle session, then put warmed-to-comfortable-temp hydrogen peroxide in. After it stops bubbling, then take a bulb syringe and use it to squirt warmish water in the ear to flush the wax out. Between the ear candle and the hydrogen peroxide it should clear up your ears. If that doesn't work, you might need to see a doctor. Doug's ears were so clogged up, he needed professional help.

There's a thread on it, some of the ladies have tried it and share their experiences with it. Sorry it didn't work for you!
