Katie. When they are truly loud, then they are in an exposed area. This cricket is in a crevice. There is a spot under our pantry cabinet, where we keep killing crickets. When one leaves, another takes the spot. Sigh...

Sharon -- And yet crickets seem like 'fun' bugs, in a way! I usually just try to shoo them outside (if I catch 'em before the cat does). But I can understand why you need to do them in if the bug is in a crevice. Poor little one! Or poor you!

E,
love the cherry aprons! and reversible too!

Carol Sue,
I still haven't gotten my aprons made from that kitchen print stuff.
I think collecting fabric is an addiction. I seem to keep getting it but don't get the opportunity to sew anything.

I believe my soaps did come from a swap with Elizabeth. I love them. There is nothing like the real stuff.

Crickets have become part of Autumn here in the woods. I use to fight them but I gave up and got use to it. Some nights it can get downright noisy with so many of them all chirping at the same time. Drives our dog crazy and she has been known to catch a few.

You know what's funny? I don't have a bathtub! LOL Only a shower; so
when I was in one of my plethora of swaps on the SoapDish & other forums, and I'd get bathtub
items, I'd give them to my neighbor that loves to take a bath. She sure hit
the jackpot many times.

I have a big giant iron clawfoot tub...I never get to take a bath unless I have lots of little people join me...and the few times i have tried it without them it feels so good...and i nearly fall asleep so i have to get out. Elizabeth sent me stuff in a swap once and I swear I was in the bathtub for 2 hours!

Hey there Katie Girl!!

Let me know when Your Package ariives Kiddo!!
I'm SOOOoo excited!!

Stephanie.. I've been on Topomax for nearly 3 years now..
I bet your DIL will see such a huge difference even more & more as time goes on..
I couldn't be happier with this!
Yes.. they are still misserable.. & i throw the biggest fit over having to deal with them..
I just hate having to be out of commision over something so crippeling & stupid..
But what a Huge improvement being on Topomax has made for me..
Ya just have to wait it out really..

Girls.. My Digital Camera is giving me grief again..
I don't know what i keep doing to it..
I can't get the photos to upload again!
they look fine in te camera.. But when i place the disk into the teen little portable printer thing to transfer them onto the computor.. nothing.. I just don't get it..
& i don't have the cord to just do it straight from the camera..
SOOO very frustrating!.. I have goodies to share!!

Last time it was the Smidgy printer.. so I used a different one.. & it was fine.. but now.. THIS one is doing that same stupid thing!!

It HAS to be something i am doing..

UGH!!

How about a laugh for the day..?

ok.. you know i work on the phone all day at work.. & people yell & scream & swear at me ALLLLLL Day long.. this is my job..

Well Today.. we all had a three hour re-current Training course..
Titled.. " Can they hear the Smile in your Voice?"
I absolutley kid you not!

Thought you'd all just LOVE this one!!!

Have a lovely week end Girlies!!

Can you see the smile on my face? Are you kidding me? Hmmmm..............
Bummer about your digital girl, don't ya hate it when ya know it is something simple but you will be darned if you can figure it out.
Now that is a bummer.
Tinkering in the sewing room, tired today, but still better than where I was at before.
Nope haven't got that reversible apron figured cute yet, am working on doing 2 small ones for the grands from the front part of a 2 pairs of jeans. A pair a piece, putting lace around it and some lace cause they wanted pretties. LOL
We shall see......
Carol Sue

Enjoying life.

Mima, now that you posted that, you are OBLIGATED
to show us your apron when you finish!
Everyone else is on temporary apron reprieve, so we're looking
forward to some inspiration.
