Hey girls
Anybody have a good childs full apron pattern?
I need to make about 4 for the grand-girls ages 2,3,4,5.
If there is a link to a free one online that would be great!

Autumn,
I'll send you one on Tuesday. McCalls has their patterns at 99cents tomorrow at the store (I'm working at Hancock's Fabrics, and I'll get one for you.) I'll pick a nice simple full one for you if you would like.

I am on my way to bed and don't have time to catch up. I really wanted to show ya'll an apron I've been working on. It is a Mary Mulari pattern. The pattern has patterns for dolls, kids and adults in the same package. This apron is very comfortable, fully reversible and will fit a size 6 to a 28. I have proof of this. I have it on my two sewing dummies which are sizes 6 and 28+ I am amazed that it works like this and still looks nice on either size! Each side is completely different. One is made with fat quarters the other is all one fabric. The red side is from new Christmas fabric that we got in at the store and I loved it. I used drapery cotton twill for the ties. Here is the apron...it is not quite finished, but it is after midnight and I am tired.

I'll catch up on Tuesday!

The fat quarter side is chocolate and cherries! It is adjustable because of the way the strapping system works. I had seen a vintage apron designed like this and ran across this Mary Mulari apron at the sewing machine repair shop. It is called: Mary Mulari's Newfangled Reversible Apron.

Here is a link to her site for the apron:

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....Later!!

Gotta get some sleep.

The Chocolate Cherry Apron is going to BritChickNY (Angie) for a craft sale to benefit one of her co-workers who is donating a kidney to someone. She is going to be off work for 3 weeks and has to travel to NYC for the surgery. Come on gals.....can anyone spare a handcrafted item for her friend?

Here is one of the aprons that I finished recently. I made the ruffle for this one. One picture shows the ruffle on the side, and the other one is the ruffle at the bottom.

Thank you Linda. I knew that I wanted a plaid ruffle. When I showed my sons the apron, the youngest son said, "It looks Summery." Now, that summer is almost over.
