LOL, I had this view that I would only be young once and I must do everything fun before I got married and had children.
Well, it will make me wiser when my boys try to pull something. I will probably say, Don't even try it! I did, and did it better than you could ever get away with. Either they will stay in line, or get so good that they will become politicians.

Oh gravy, ya know it is bad when all you have been using your reading glasses for is doing handwork and threading your needle, been having a tough time sewing good seams sometimes,
it is rather amazing to use your sewing glasses to see what you are sewing when you sew it.....dahhhhh.......lool

Thanks Carol for the compliments. I had 2 bolts of fabric arrive today. Dh decided to take vacation this week, and the usual UPS driver is also on vacation. Now, you may wonder why I mentioned the UPS driver. Well, he usually delivers around 11:30 (dh would have been gone and wouldn't have noticed). I couldn't hide these bolts as the UPS driver delivered the fabric as dh was heading back for a celebration at work. If I was Lucy and dh was Ricky, dh wouldn't have said, "Lucy, you have some explaining to do." lol

I get some bolts from jandsbargains on Ebay. Most of the bolts come from haiks-inc.com, while I get some from foust textiles. They are wholesale distributors, and because I have a resale number, I can purchase. With Haiks, the price that I see is the price I pay, because it includes the shipping costs. I like their sales. I also don't have to purchase $1,000 annually to remain a customer, although they do have a minimum amount for purchasing it isn't the $250.00 mentioned in an earlier post required from Checker Distributors. The bolts that I received today from jandsbargains. One is a tropical print, and the other is a chicken border print. I do two shows during the holiday season, which is in horse country. I need to have a variety of horse fabrics, rooster, chicken, and country prints.

We have a problem with crickets in the house. I killed one today. I used to like the crickets, until they started getting into the house a couple of years ago. They make noise all day long.

Linda....I finally found the perfect fabric in my stash for you. It is a long yardage enough to do a nice full apron. I do hope you like it. It is going out today.

Hey Nay....waiting for the photo of your new skirt!!

E.............love your aprons!!! That skull fabric is incredible and the red rick rack on the pocket...perfect. Looks like blood dripping from the pocket! The oriental bag is fabulous too!! Your box is going out today

Bev..........your box is going out today too!!

I'm making a big post-office run today!

Lots to do today.....hopefully going to see the treadle out in the next county today too.

Oh, and here is some pretty fabulous Halloween Fabric!!
