Here's a scarf I knitted using the really big needles using the Rayon seam tapes and other novelty ribbons.

Carol Sue,

Just sent you an email...

Naomi,

Thanks Paisley has been a love for a long time....Now I'm hooked on Polka Dots as well....and you wouldn't think there could be so many different ones but there are tons of them. I make fabric flowers too...have to post some of them..

So you are normally one of the "night owls" around here?? Good, I'm usually up til 3 or 4am.

Bonne,

Oh, that's good...well if you need any help from the Fairies don't ask Jess for any..she's wore them slap out on those 19 aprons they've been helping her with. I guess Bev is gonna have to call in a new group next week.

Have you started sewing an apron on them yet or just getting them all adjusted and ready to sew??

Naomi,

My sister used to be a night owl then it changed..now she's in bed by 9pm...LOL I told her she was getting old and couldn't hang with us big birds anymore

Anyway, glad to know I have company around here in the wee hours. What time do you usually go to bed?

Hi all....got back last night....straight to bed....exhausted...with a capital E!!! I walked all over NYC! We had a fun day....sadly, no fabric. I went with a friend (last minute plans) who is not into the whole sewing thing. I wanted to hog-tie her and leave her on Canal St., but thought I would be a good friend and follow her agenda.....so, sadly, no fabric. Hubby and I have to go back next week for a conference (for him) so I will have my days free to explore......THEN I will have much to report, I am sure. I am going to do my research beforehand so I can make the most of that trip.

I am sooooooo sore I can hardly getout of bed...got the laptop in bed with me catching up.

Jess, I need my fairies back today just to help me move! I think I walked 20 miles yesterday.

Ok, gonna drap myself out of bed.....get some work done and then check out a quilt show here in town...lots of vendors.....check out the fabric there. Have to teach class tonight, so probably no time to sew today, either. Blahhhhhhhh!

good morning ladies you were certainly busy last night! all i got accomplished was a pile of quilt squares cut out...accidently took some pm meds for my cold that is coming on, and zonl out that was it...the baby and I are both not feelin so hot!

Steph...love the scarf..it is absolutely gorgeous!

Bev...sending fairies home, they are rested and have full bellies of iced mochas!

only did 16 of 19 aprons, got bored...will finish in next coupla days, working on quilt squares, minis..got 10 done yesterday afternoon...hmmmm...different story...nevermind.

okay off to make coffee and cut more squares and do more laundry...hopefully i can have these squares sewn up and trimmed today...i am so bad at math..hope they turn out to be the right size!
