Autumn, I loved you in your red dress, looks like an outfit that would work well for this girl too.

Bonne, you got an early start sweet girl, and hmmm cookies, when did you say they were being delivered....grin...and quite bragging about the weather smartie pants!!!!!!

LOL, come one Carrie, you can blab away, we know you can do this....grin lol

Yes, we do enjoy blabbing around here now don't we

Karin, so coffe and pain pills to function, yes, I know I have signed up for stuff and pray like crazy my body will cooperate with my plans. Hoping to work in the sewing room today so I can eventually sew. What a mess I have....

Gosh there was so much more to comment about and will my brain help me out, ohhhhh nooooo it has decided to go on the frits. Now we are not surprized are we.....lmbo

I am going in another couple of hours to go collect an old quilt that was free on Craigs that was suggested to use for an old dog blanket.....no way in heck. I am rescueing that baby, dog blanket, NO WAY!!!!!!

What I am suppose to know what in the world I am doing for dinner, that is a couple of hours away for this girl....

Ronna, you my dear, get that rest you need....

Off to do something, what the heck that is, I have no idea.....

Jess; I will most definitely curse you when I am stressed about all these swaps I joined during my busy season at work! I'll survive it though.

Well, Kenny is sick with the flu today. He felt sick last night and this morning my daughter sent me a text that said "Kenny is pukin." Poor thing!

chicken with honey mustard sauce, tatoes, and carrots here

Carol Sue I always get in trouble blabbing too much must be the way I phrase things.

Swaps don't stress you they keep you going Sheryl-lyn the way you whip things up you should be stress free with swaps besides dates can always be changed.

The quilt blocks will be easy, colorful, and fun. Machine applique goes fast.

Maybe we should all help Stephine move then we could play in the studio.

Jess~I heat 8 qts of water on the stove-add 1 cup borax and 1 cup Arm and Hammer Washing Soda (not baking soda) then I shred one bar of soap, usually Fels Maphta if I can find it. Add the shredded soap to the water. Once it is heated through and the soap is melted I pour it in a 10 gallon bucket. Let it cool for one hour and add another 8 qts of hot water, stir and that's it.

Sheryl-lyn~I got your check today. I will mail your hats out tomorrow.

Jess~I think it's a 10 gallon bucket. I will have to check. I saved a cap from a detergent bottle and I fill that and use it.
There's a thread on Cleaning Up all about the detergent.

It works really well. I add essential oils for scents sometimes. The clothes usually come out smelling so clean. I use white vinegar in the rinse, too.

Sue, what fun that you are rescuing the "dog" quilt. Jeez I never thought to check Craig's List for quilts, you are a smartypants also....Finally put away all the Christmas crap except for dismanteling the tree. The kitties have already been working on that.

I shoveled snow for a while and then thought better of it. I'll shovel some more tomorrow and lure someone over to jump my car. I am getting desperate for that silver rick rack. Hmmm, wonder if they make it. Probably.....
