All of the penny rugs are so nice. I been wanting to drag out all my stuff. Decided to wait awhile until after Christmas any way. Lots of talented women here.

I found this apron by accident. I never saw anything like it before.

That is one unusual apron, Sharon. It would come in handy during harvest time. But somehow it loses the romantic apron appeal.....you know what I mean?? Almost like wearing the kitchen sink around your neck. I suppose for me it is too reminiscent of my hospital days....the pan is exactly what we used for bed baths....Hmmmmmmm........I think I will pass on that idea!!!

Sharon, now that's a strange looking apron/contraption. I guess it would serve a specific purpose for somebody... !!

I could use that apron when I am picking tomatoes or collecting eggs, but it is kinda weird. I guess it is for veggie pickers. Nothing I could really use, but I did kind of like it.

I had to look at the link again. Actually it would be very handy when picking fruit , like she has it for the apples, but I can see myself overfilling and swaying ungainfully to unload it whilst hoping the neighbors aren't laughing at me in my kangaroo get-up! LOL
No, it's much more esthetically pleasing to just wear a longer apron for my gathering forays.

Speaking of "Sunshine", if you ever visit her inspirational blog, you'll notice her favorite places to visit........which leads you to more crafty blogs...........and to more crafty blogs.........and before you know it, your morning coffee is long cold and you've missed that noon appointment! LOL
Here's one place I found this morning via Sunshine's blog, that's kind of fun. Using vintage patterns to make "new" duds. http://flickr.com/groups/newvintagewardrobe/

Hmmmm.....Nash....the Haute Hostess Aprons..........I don't like the big bows in the front, because let's face it.......almost all of us are disappointed with the pudgey state of our bellies, and we don't want to call attention to that area. I don't think you need to worry about the "competition". I don't see most Apronistas clammoring for that style.

Nasbabe, I visited your blog. I know that things need to be replaced. Our roof is in dire need of replacement and has been like that for 8 years or so. So does our carpet.

I also checked out your Etsy shop. Love your aprons. You do good work.
