Spring has finally sprung here in Wisconsin. So I now have the bug to get my Victory Garden going. I only thought it proper to have a Victory Garden as I have one son in Iraq for a second time. My oldest leaves on the 19th for Korea/Afghanistan, and my baby leaves in November for Iraq and in honor of all those military personal and families out there. Can not plant until Memorial day as this is Wisconsin and it can still snow in May. I'm not sure what I will be planning along with my tomatoes, pepper, potatoes, beets, carrots, squash, peas, spinach (if the deer do not eat it). My garden spot is not to big but it will help along with my farming friends who share with me. What will you have in your gardens?
