So, I haven't been on the forum since around Christmas. I'm so glad to be sitting at my own desk in my own home that I'm giddy. I've been back and forth from home to all corners for months now dealing with an assortment of emergency family issues and my head is spinning. I don't travel well non stop like I used to

It felt good to go out and work on the yard. My bones are tired and just raking and ripping up wormwood was really wonderful in that simple physical wordless way. I'm late getting seedling started but it's often cold at night until June here anyway, so barring another catastrophe, I'll have something of a garden this year. My sweetie and I are going to re-use some flooring to make raised beds and I'm excited to be working on that too.

I kept meaning to post but I've spent so much time on the phone with the family issues that I'm all out of wits most day. I've had enough wits and time to poke at pinterest every once in a while, but that's about it.

Anyway, I'm glad, once more to be back

I need a nap now lol!

Hugs n' cookies =}

Annika: Glad to have you back with us. My Sweetie and I plan to do raised beds, also. Good luck.

Thank you all i hope to have gotten all of the craziness out of the way this year. Suicidally depressed niece, surprise surgeries, surprise diagnosis, miscarriages, auto accidents, legal mishaps, bad breakups and custody issues, ancient family members deciding that they can't stand each other and separating... They are 88 and 93....inlaws feuding...etc.

I am very glad that I can be there for those that need me, but in truth I'm glad to be home dealing with moles in my yard, a broken sink and a roof in need of repair lol
