Anyone make kefir? We milk for a friend one night a week, so we get plenty of raw milk -- I'd love to start making kefir -- have been reading a bit about making it, but I don't know where to get the kefir "grains" the starter culture. Any ideas?
mmmmm :) Sharon! Thanks for the info -- got some and just made our first two batches of kefir and everyone loves it! Blended it with raspberries one day and blueberries another. Hopefully will be good for my husband's iffy tummy :)
