Does anyone have any good recipes using fish stock? My husband does a lot of icefishing and we end up throwing out so many fish bones -- this year I'm going to try to use them (the skeletons and meaty bones like the rib bones, not the heads or skin) to make stock -- just wondering if there are any really yummy recipes I can use the stock for.
