Yay! Today is National Chocolate Mint Day :) I happen to love the combination of chocolate and peppermint, so I am really excited about this! I think today I am going to try to make a Chocolate Peppermint Cake :) Anyone else making or having anything with this combination? Maybe I can convince my hubby to pick me up a peppermint patty as well ;)

How crazy is this??? We have a "sopuptacular" day at the office today and I signed up to make Mint Brownies- didn't even know about the special day! I am going to share with everyone!!

Oh but it wasn't!!! Just thinking what we haven't had yet this month!! We have a soup day a week- our office has been doing this for 19 years!!

Sad to say that my sweet tooth left some time last year. I no longer enjoy sweets, but back in the day my mantra was 'eat, drink, & be merry for tomorrow I diet'.
