Anyone in the mood for Cherry Pie? Friday, February 20th, is Cherry Pie Day :) Yum!!! With us still working on Italy, I think I am going to try an Italian Cherry Pie. It is actually baked in a graham cracker crust, opposed to a regular pie crust! We'll see what the kids think about it! Anyone else planning on baking a cherry pie?
I'm going to remind my daughter that we have pie cherries in our freezer. She makes a good cherry pie.

Oh how yummy! It is always lovely to just be able to pull something out of the freezer!!! One day I think I would like to get an upright freezer to keep prepared meals and treats in. We have two chest freezers right now... one is for meats and the other is for frozen fruits and veggies :)

Whoop!! Another fantastic food day. Warm cherry pie with vanilla ice cream is a slice of heaven!! If I was home, for sure I would make sure I made a cherry pie !
