Here's a great article on how people-of-faith are watching this movie, learning, and incorporating steps into their personal lives to make a difference. It looks like we are bringing the process full circle as awareness begets action. Good read and food for thought.

Laluna ~ We went to see it because my daughter's 8th grade science teacher gave them extra credit to go see it. She thought it was quite an eye opener!
By the way ~ she was the ONLY one in the whole class who went. Grrrr

@Sarah - if you go here: http://www.climatecrisis.net/ you'll be able to order it, and find a lot of other useful information as well.
@Ricki - that is frustrating, but I always try to look at it in terms of being able to affect at least one person, because who knows where that will lead?
@Frannie - *lol* sadly, I think Al's already put the kibosh on any candidacy rumors, but we can always hope, can't we? ;-) |

la luna .. i watched 'the view' today .. and one of the ladies (don't know all their names) said she thinks al gore might surprize us all and end up in the running. i don't know that much about him as far as 'foreign affairs' is concerned .. and lord knows we need someone 'wise in the ways of the world' .. but he just might make great strides toward saving this world for us all if he were running things!

Did anyone hear Paul Harvey talking about how the Gore mansion's electric bill is over $1300 a MONTH? I think his message is great, but I felt saddened when I heard this.
