Krista,,, only 6 more!?!?
:>)
You need to go hang out in your trailer, no phone, tv or kiddos.. tell them ‘mommy is going to the Dentist’….
Then you can sneak out to the trailer, with a mason jar of lemonade, a stash of OREO’s and crochet to your heart’s content. :>)

Everyone has great projects.

Krista, that’s gonna be a beautiful afghan
Vanessa, Those are great Quilt friendship blocks
Karen, what a find! I love the flannel quilts like that.

I have a whole set of squares, including the backing and batting, cut by my mother for a quilt. They are not flannel though they are alplaid homespun fabrics. I guess I need to find them, sew, and finish them. Then it will be great for fall.

Grace, that is genius! Too bad I can't really get away with that lol. The baby would go crazy. But all 4 start school soon so during my childless times I will be crocheting like crazy!

I am thrilled that this quilt top went together so quickly. I may have to wait to get it finished because my machine quilter of choice is getting inventory ready for the Woolfest.

I've been working on this bag since the beginning of Covid. All I have left to do is three more rows and the strap. This green one will be a present for a friend of mine. I will make one in the yellow for another friend. It is crocheted using the tapestry technique in which the yarn not shown is crocheted under the stitches of the shown color. This provides more stability to the cloth.

Vanessa, that turned out beautiful!

Marie, that bag is really neat! I love the design on it. It sounds like an interesting crochet technique. Great work!

Marie your bag looks great! I have a few projects in progress that I can't share because some of the recipients are farm girl members. However, I can share this quick succor case I made for my embroidery scissors using a pattern from the Quilt Society and the Mood ring MAL "Wrapghan" I am doing with Stitchwell. Each color represents a different mood. Based on the MAL schedule I should be in the 400s for my row count but I am at row 132 - so I will not finish in September but I keep chugging along!

Thanks ladies! I'm trying to get back into a crafting groove but it's been a rough first half of the year. Got the fire lit under my feet to get Christmas presents done!
