So sorry to here this Nancy. A hiatal hernia is a bulging in your upper stomach. Around your diaphram between your muscle and esophagus. You might want to get that checked out.

I've had one for years Nancy. Do get it checked out with your physician. They offered medication to me but I'm one to treat holistically. It can be managed but does cause other issues.
