“The young cultivators spent time thinking of their favorite ways to decorate a cake, mainly SPRINKLES! And colored icing! And strawberries!
On our farmgirl weekend trip, the Young Cultivators baked a cake from scratch, all pitching in together, with the older ones handling the oven and the younger ones helping with the decorating and mixing. They did this with no assistance from the mentoring farmgirls and had a blast together!
The kids were so proud of their tasty cake! The homemade icing was wonderful. All enjoyed the project and the time spent together.”

I discovered that there are lots of activities for kids at my library. There is also a little store where I can buy used books to help the library. I checked out a book. I had a great time checking out the city library!”
