Wanted to share this fabulous non-toxic all-purpose cleaner.
Orange Vinegar: Fresh orange peels placed in a clear glass jar
.JPG) Pour white distilled vinegar(5% acidity) in jar to cover orange peel and place in a sunny window for 24 to 48 hrs.
Strain into a spray bottle and use any where you want a streak free fresh citrus clean.
 Enjoy!

This is a great idea! As I use the last of a commercial cleaner I am not buying any but instead I wash the container well and recycle filling it with a less toxic version. Vinegar is great but the orange scent will take away a lot of the pickle scent. Thanks for sharing

WoooHooo! Bought my oranges today :) Will have a nice batch just in time for weekend cleaning. Can't wait to smell the orange-y goodness as I clean!
Deborah, let us know if you make a lavender version.....curious myself :)
OH, I have a question....should I use a lid on the bottle as it sits or just cover it like in the pic?

Awesome! You know, I bought some EO's to put in my cleaner, but the vinegar smell is still REALLY strong. I'll have to try this! I've got a whole crock full of tangelos, I'll have to start saving the peels!

Today my Farm Girl "Peeps" and I spent the day canning. while waiting for our chicken to process we made this cleanser. Lorrae (moonshines)had made a batch ahead of time and we used it in our clean up . It works great ! Thanks for the Tip ! Susan |
