Cindy..you arn't much older than me and there are others your age for sure. It is funny sometimes I think of one of our older gals as a 20 something gal or one of our younger gals as older...I get surprized sometimes..hard to tell!!!

I'm fairly new to MJF, but love reading everything and hearing about everyone!
My birthday is July 8, 1952. Yep, older than most here, and loving every day of it.
My husband and I celebrate our anniversary on July 4, our son July 5, and my birthday as one big celebration!

Thank you, Gloria! You were all in our thoughts, we're just a little slow! I have a girlfriend that really does always send her cards a few weeks late for every occasion. And, it's to the point where, I like receiving them late because I always have one more to look forward to! Again, happy birthday! And I hope it was grand!

My birthday is July 27th 1970. However, being here in Australia, mine is a winter birthday. That is fine with me - autumn and winter are actually my favourite seasons. People generally think that is a bit strange, but there it is!

Well, I just turned the 40 I can't believe it!! It's funny, sometimes I feel young and other times I feel so ancient! Like when my 16 year old son was applying for a job at Friendly's "on line" and wasn't hearing back from them...my response was "Gee Nick, why don't you just go down to Friendly's and ask for an application and maybe you can speak to the manager there??" His response "Mom, everybody does this online now... get with the times!"
Yes, August is a great birthday month, but my favorite season is the fall too! It's perfect here in NH.

I'm late for my b-day but it was Aug.22, 1963. Was at the fair and my pickles got a perfect score and a blue ribbon! The best present ever. We have't really celebrated yet as we've been busy with the fair, maybe this weekend. Happy, Happy to all those Sept. gals. Fall is my favorite time of the year too. Crisp weather, apples, beautiful colors!!

Howdy gal pals! I am entering my birthday here as a post because it seems my "French server" does not recognize the email addresses we are given to use! My birthday is coming up fast, the now infamous 9/11. That was a horrible wrenching birthday to say the very least. The circle of life certainly continued on silently, confidently, unknowingly, around the world though, people getting married, babies being born, and that was a comforting thought for me.
