Thanks Denise! Here'a a couple more:

I named this one Miss Pouty since she always looks like she's pouting. She's actually a wonderful girl - one of my favorites. She loves to have her chin rubbed.

This is Veronica and her baby Snow White :)

Love these Heather! Hope all your gals are staying toasty. After the ice and sleet yesterday we finally got SNOW! Not a lot but it sure is pretty.

They seem to be staying warm. I worry about them when it's so cold, but yesterday evening they were playing in the snow like little kids. Running and slipping and kicking snow around. It was fun to see. Too bad I didn't have my camera with me.

Hi Judy! I'm so happy you and Patsy are back to being able to visit in person!! I have a nephew that just turned one in January and I haven't met him in person yet. Every time we're supposed to get together someone is sick. It's quite frustrating. Hopefully soon it'll all work out to see him and his sister too. She just turned 4.

I thought of you earlier today when I was going through some pictures looking for something and came across this one:

Seems this little one was tired of all the mom cows trying to claim him. He went under the fence and just stood there looking at them! I forgot all about it until I found the picture. We actually had 2 calves duck under the fence last summer. I'll have to see if I can find a picture of the other one.

I've been making butter, doing some sewing for swaps, and slowly but surly cleaning, organizing, and decluttering. I've accumulated a lot of stuff - mostly from the death of grandparents - and it's time to figure out what I really want to hold on to and what can find a new home. I've also been doing a lot of baking. Lucky for you guys I have some cinnamon rolls. I'm out of tea though. Probably for the best since I'll be heading to bed soon. I prefer black tea and it'll for sure keep me up LOL! Guess I'll just have to make some hot chocolate instead :)

OMGOSH....reminds Patsy and I of a Budweiser commercial! hahaha
I always see the odd thing, don't I?
YES, Sissy and I were WAAAY behind on our 'Hugs&Squeezles'
*giggle*
Patsy said 'Hi'! We're drooling for a cinnamon roll now. Thanks!
I have a 1/2 gallon Jar of mixed black tea blend that I mixed myself. Happy to share *grin*. I love to create my own mixes. It starts with a
tea that was either too strong or too weak. Then I'd add another black tea to it. Some were oolong black. Some had blue cornflower in it. Some were Earl Grey blend, some were Breakfast blend. By the time I got done I had a pretty tasty mix. I like it better than straight black tea.
Ok girlies, have a Blessed SonDay!
Extra hugs to all(I think I can share some of Patsy's with you.
We hug a lot so my 'hug tank' is replenished now)

Did you make your cinnamon rolls yet Judy and Patsy? I bet your tea is wonderful!

It's a beautiful spring like day today. Makes me want to go plant something but I know it's way to early LOL! What's everyone itching to do now that we're getting some nicer weather?

That's a great place to hang out if it's not so nice on the porch LOL! It's a sunny day here, but chilly! Only in the 40's. Great for a cuppa hot chocolate (I've already had 2 LOL!)

Cute!

We started out with snow but the sun has made an appearance and even though it is chilly it feels like Spring is in the air! Can't wait till we can sit outside and soak up some sun this summer! Today we went to a place here called Clifton Mill. It is an old grist mill and they have turned it into a restaurant but the water wheel is still there. At Christmastime they have the whole place done up in lights. We didn't see it last year but it is something I would love to see this year. They have a covered bridge and the old blacksmith shop is still across the road from the mill. The building has been kept up and right beside the wheel is the river. It was running quite fast today due to all the rain we have had. We enjoyed being near the windows and watching the river run and the snow fall. I am so glad when they keep places intact that were used when our country was very young.

What an adorable picture!

Denise - did you see all the lights piled on everything? I've never been there when they were on for Christmas but it was quite a sight to see them all in the sunlight LOL! My husband and I made the trip there years ago. My husband was disappointed we drove so far and didn't get to tour the mill. It was neat to walk around though! Have you heard of young's jersey dairy? It's in Springfield. Might be a fun trip for you and the grandkids!

Denise! We have been to Clifton Mill several times, including in the summer to hike. You HAVE to go over the holiday. If you can go during the week you will be much better off. Otherwise, be prepared for a traffic jam!
Here is one pic of the mill over the holiday

Youngs Dairy is actually in Yellow Springs (Springfield Xenia Rd)
They also host an incredible wool festival in the fall, I believe.
Yellow Springs is quite the fun small town to visit as well, lots of shops, restaurants, and local musicians.
Fun area!!!

We did see all the lights hanging on the rocks and bridge and grass. Definitely looking to go at Christmas. It is only about 20 minutes from us here. Oh we LOVE Young's Jersey dairy! That one is not far from us either. We have been there many times with the grandchildren. We've played mini golf there and gone through for them to see all the animals. There is a blackberry farm off 35 that I want to go to this summer. My daughter knows them and it seems a small world as they know a family that we were very close to for 30 years. In fact the mom was my bf until she passed in October 2020. I have really enjoyed going and seeing all the different things there are to do here. Looking into some of the hiking trails close by for when the weather gets warm.

My hubs is semi retired and took a job as a school bus driver. About 2 weeks ago, he had to drive the Georgetown kids up to Beavercreek for a HUGE bowling tournament. He said they had some impressive lanes, restaurants etc. If you are a bowler. (that would not be me LOL).
We are close, as the crow flies.
