Hey Ladies!!

It looks like I'm in good company here! I'm a wife, mother of three, and a full-time (on scholarship) college student at our community college. I'm working my way towards a degree in Medical Office Technology. This semester I'm taking: A & P I, a lab with A & P, Electronic Spreadsheets, Medical Information Management, Medical Terms II, Machine Transcription, and American History I. I'm planning on two more semesters and I'm loving it!!

Can't wait to get to know ya'll better!!
Blessings,
Leigh-Ann

Hi ladies!

Margo- For the online portion of your class just really make sure you read the book and any online lecture notes. Otherwise I don't see much difference.

Patricia- That is great! Three classes can be a good load! I am taking two summer classes and 4 fall classes! I should graduate December of 2012!!!

This week and next week left! Then I am done with this semester! How exciting is that?!

I am staying up late tonight working on a term paper. It has to be 3-15 pages double spaced comparing 3 states CAFR (accounting) reports. UGH. I am not liking this much. Oh well.. I have a little over a page typed so far and that was just my into and the first two "real" paragraphs. So hopefully since I have 7 questions to run through and 3 states to compare it will start pulling together quickly.

Still have one thing to finish for the semester, but then I am almost done! My school is really different and doesn;t do traditional grades, so luckily this is not something I have to worry about. Once I finish all my work and if I have no revision to do I will be done. Summer classes already start the 23rd though. booo....

How are summer classes going for the ladies taking them? I only have one more week of my night class, then a few weeks left of my day class. It sure goes by quick in the summer!

checking in---i found that my two onlines were too tough to do together-socioloy and psychology of death and dying so i dropped sociology in week two--it was really hard to get myself to drop a class- to admit defeat-and my other class suffered for a few weeks as well- but--i pulled it back up from the dregs to a B-.....i can accept that -it was tuff-enjoyable but tough!!!!!!!!!!!
am still in summer(3 more weeks) with speech-oral communication--did my "Cool Person" speech on harry s truman last week- 39/40 points and i wasn't really prepared.....
so-tonite i come to you for help-in two weeks, i need to do a 5 minute persuasive speech- and i get to pick my topic--HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no clue what to speak upon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fall doesn't start tilend of september-thats good- i need a break...are you signe dup for your next classes??? how are ya doing????

suggestions for my speech???????
