Congratulations Winnie! And wow 14 years as a farmgirl that’s fantastic! I’m not sure how this works but sounds like sending goodies your way is an option I’d like to participate in. How do I do that?

Well, that USPS delivery guy left me a package yesterday from Debbie and it was such a surprise!! There was a Longaberger travel mug from the annual July Breast Cancer research drive that the company has done for years. Next up was a real pretty apple pottery dish, followed by some beautiful old hankies in a red gift bag. She also send me such a nice card and note. Debbie, everything was lovely and I thank-you for helping make by FGOTM a special one!!
I was a Longaberger Home Consultant from about 2002-2006 and enjoyed meeting so many people and also attending the "Bee" twice during my time there. Like you , I sold many items made especially for the month of July but never kept them for myself. I am delighted to have a piece now!
I will enjoy using all of my treasures that you sent!!

As January draws to a close, I want to thank all of you for your sweet and caring well wishes, beautiful cards and notes, and the fun and lovely gift boxes!! I felt so pampered and spoiled this month and it is all because the MJF community is full of wonderful Farmgirls. I am so thankful for all of you and for the smiles, laughs, ideas, and support I have received here from you. Farmgirls are the BEST!!!
Going forward, I have chosen our Grace Brown, aka katmom, as our February 2024 FGOTM. Grace has been a member of this community since the very early days of its creation. She has contributed to the fellowship and fun that we have all enjoyed over the years. Thank-you Grace for your wonderful sense of humor, creative ideas repurposing thrift store finds, photos of projects and adorable fur babies, and your awesome Glamping trailers!! You keep the UFO projects of everyone finally finding completion too!!
Thank-you too for helping keep our monthly birthdays posting up all the time as well as contributing to our Jubilee celebration for several years. You have helped so many of us stay on track and I appreciate your keeping us organized.
Everyone, please join me in wishing this talented, friendly, and supportive Farmgirl as our much deserving and gifted FGOTM!! Big Farmgirl Hugs from me down here in Florida!!

Well!!! Aw-pashaw,,, Thank you all...
Today was a much needed 'Happy day'.. Hubby took me ("we call it -Driving Mz Daisy'..) into Spokane to run some errands, drop a car load of donations at the Womens Cancer Thrift Boutique, then over to the Korean restaurant for lunch.. followed with a pop into Trader Joe's,, my favorite market... and last but not least over to the Library to pick up some books that were on hold for me... crafting books of course!
Now we are home, the fur babies are feed, I've already broken into the big chocolate almond bar, heeheehee.. and onto the computer to check emails and the MJF form...
Truly, words fail me (and I normally have the gift to gab...just ask Debbie F., she can hardly get a word in when we are on the phone! heehee!
But, Thank you Winnie for selecting me, I am honored,,,
As I have always said, One of the things I love about this forum,,. Is.. it's about Women supporting Women, encouraging them, us, each other, be it cooking-baking, sewing, quilting, gardening, paper crafting or poetry writing or whatever.. everyone one here is so encouraging, so helpful and kind.
With that, I humbly say Thank you...Thank you for being my friends, my muse, my inspiration, but most of all,,, for being you and encouraging me to be me...

My mailman left we a FGOTM gift from Wanda Sue that I wanted to quickly share. She made me the cutest apple that has this pretty hanging set up with all these pretty ribbons attached to the bottom. They are all red to match her Valentine card as well. thank-you Wanda Sue for this cute and festive apple!! I love apples and this gift was a fun surprise!!
