Cheese Plate
w/ Horseradish JamIris flourish

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 large platter

Ingredients

3–4

 

varieties of cheese (hard, soft, mild, bold)

4

 

oz prosciutto or salami

½

 

cup toasted nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans)

1

 

baguette, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces

½

 

cup berry jam (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry)

1

 

T horseradish (more or less, depending on your tolerance for heat)

Directions

  1. Arrange cheese, meat, nuts, and bread on a serving platter.
  2. Mix together jam and horseradish in small bowl and add to platter.
